If you stay in the sun for too long, you will most likely get sunburned.
A healthy tanning habit is to do it in increments.
If you have fair skin, we suggest applying a layer of your favorite SPF onto the skin, then applying the oil. Tan each side for 45 min to 1 hour each day.
For everyone with a base tan, sun time can be increased. Works on all skin types.
