SOLE NOTTE offers free shipping in the US for all full-price orders over $100.

All domestic orders ship via USPS. We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-4 business days after placing your order for processing/shipping.

All orders must be shipped to a physical address. We cannot deliver orders to a P.O. Box. All orders are dispatched from Las Vegas. You will be updated with confirmation/tracking information once your order ships. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.


 At Sole Notte, we offer returns on full-price merchandise for U.S. customers within 14 days of delivery.


Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SWIMWEAR - Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove the protective slip.

TOPS AND DRESSES - Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

BEAUTY - All beauty products are FINAL SALE for sanitary and safety reasons.


please email your order number and the name of the items you wish to return. Once approved, we will send you a RMA# with instructions on where to send your package. You are responsible for the return shipping fees. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS.

Shipping costs are non-­refundable—no refunds on "SALE" items. When your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 5 business days to process. You will receive an email when your return has been processed. Your refund will be in the original form of payment, minus the original shipping fees. Refunds can take up to 7 days to be returned. You can always contact us for any return questions


Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges at this point. If you want to order another size, we recommend placing your order again and sending the incorrect size back for a refund.
